traditions cuisine of the Minangkabau people of West Sumatra, Indonesia. Though
there’re similar dishes by name between Padang & Malay cuisine however
distinct difference lies on the method of cooking and main ingredients
used.

Despite a variety of Padang food such as
Soto Padang, Rendang Ayam/Daging, Kelio Ayam Nangka etc, favorite foods from local & international crowd pleasers included roasted
