Thanks to Borneo Harvest Kuala Lumpur a few of us were invited for a private tasting session held at The Curious Goat, an aesthetic coffee brewers located in the quiet neighbourhood of Damansara Perdana.

We manage to sampled three classically cold smoked artisan smoked salmon, namely the Traditional Smoked Salmon with Cracked Black Pepper, Tea Smoked Salmon with Lapsang Souchong (立山小種) Tea and the award winning Whisky Smoked Salmon (Great Taste Awards 2014). My personal favourite goes to the Whisky Smoked Salmon which brilliantly blend in a mild hint of Whisky aftertaste with the tangy smoky salmon b^^d
