So we survival through the end of the world and it’s only a
couple of hours before 2012 officially history. Here's my last entry for 2012, a summary simple of my
life through out the amazing year, something which I would like to keep it in
memory and at my blog as well :)
You were
call to step up to a challenge, a back to back battle with your own fear, a
solo culminate encounter where there is no help to be seek, a battle to put you
in a situation of nothing you've ever experienced..
This is not
a simple task as your pride and courage are at stake, you don’t wanna flinch
and to be called a chicken for the rest of your life...
So now, you
end up standing in front of a door, what lies behind is a confined room with
unknown contents, sharing one identical genre..FEAR—The Fear Zone,
that’s what they called it..

Sounds too melodramatic? Well with Astro Fear
Factor Malaysia all these had actually come into reality. Few days ago 30 Nuffnangers
were summoned to face the Malaysia Fear Factor House Challenge right in front
of Sunway Pyramid, Live. It’s always entertaining to watch others participate
in fear factor challenge, the scream, twisting facial expression, everything
looks fun, but when it comes to yourself, I’m not sure of how you guys feel but
for me…erm… …The excitement DOUBLE, or maybe TRIPLE..Well I wasn’t sure, my
mind just went blank when I stood in front of that door..LOL..Well that maybe a
little bit exaggerated, but I do feel a rise of my pulse and heart beat
though..Oh did I forget to mention, I was one of the 30 nuffies XD

Eager to
know what actually happened to us? Do we survive? Well I’ll left the rest of
the story to pics below:
The rules
are simple, 4 challenges, 60 sec each and the fastest win..
1st round. Warm up task.
1st
round, lets warm up by digging some worms XD. Tension rise as those who fail
will be disqualified for further quest. Since it’s a covert challenge and we
were rushing through it, so no pics for display. Anyway in case you wonder, the
challenges involve some very long reptiles, amphibians & gloom shade room
XD. Not to be disappointed though, there’re still lots of nice pics available
:)

THE LAW HAS LIMITS, HE DOES NOT! He’s sort of a cop,
sort of a hero, sort of..One thing for sure, he’s a ghost, exist but cannot be
found. He’s Jack Reacher, the new action-crime movie of Oscar wining screen
writer Christopher McQuarrie, adapted from Lee Child's successful series of
crime novels Jack Reacher, stars by Tom Cruise as the hero.
The story begin with a homicide involving a trained
military sniper who shot five random victims, as the case investigator digs
deeper, they soon realise that things aren't how it seems to be...
The story line is nicely twist, slowly throughout the movie details mount, the clues and pieces eventually comes together putting up the big picture. Even though it would be perfect to add in more mysterious touch but at least the whole story is well told. Herzog’s performance as The Zec is great however despite the superhero Jack none of the characters in Jack Reacher seems to be able to make an impression.
Still the action sequences are pretty cools and nicely
scatter along the movie with some humorous touch in between. Once again Tom
Cruise has shown us that no one can sell an action movie better. :)

Did you hear that? Well that’s the
sound of the brand new movie by Kevin James, Here Comes the Boom, a rather
unique comedy which consist a mixture of two interesting genres, inspirational-teacher
movie plus mixed-martial arts fighting. Yup you heard me right, teacher
fighting, that’s basically what Scott Voss (Kevin James) did throughout the
movie. :P
Have you ever wonder how far a
teacher will go for the sake of their students? For Scott the high school
biology teacher, he’ll go all the way to the UFC!! Yes that's the Ultimate Fighting Championship, a mixed-martial art super fight tournament! Curious of how a biology teacher ends up in a ultimate cage-fighting?
Go for the movie and you’ll see..Probably inspire by some of the scene as well

Despite of the predictable plot outline,
the movie does earn a lots of credit with the genial presence of Kevin James, also
the realistic martial arts sequences will definitely impress those UFC lovers, and
the closing scenes was nicely done. I went in with expectations of a good laugh
and came out with pleasant satisfaction. :D
