It has been a while since my last
Nuffanng tastebuddies food
tasting session, this time instead of traditional cuisine with luscious spices
& ample taste as presented in
"Warung Nasi Padang Ibunda" bukapuasa buffet preview,
we brings you a very different kinda sensation.. Something international, sweet,
cold & colourful, attractive to both children & adults.. Ring any bells?

Yeah it’s time for ICE CREAM! Or should I say Nitrogen Brew

Though gelato isn’t really something new in Malaysia however here at NBrew these folks did things differently, being the first liquid
nitrogen store in town, they serves a variety of trendiest made on-the-spot gelato
& yogurt~ which not only unique in taste but equally fun to watch (watching
your gelato crystallised before your eyes in a few minutes after placing an
order, now that’s something you don’t see every day b^^d).

If you are a fan of DIY, things just go better here at NBrew
as you can actually make your own gelato step-by-step assisting by some friendly
NBrew staff in lab coat. You get to play before you eat, how fun it is huh? Well we Tastebuddies, Shuttlebugs and Nuffies definitely enjoyed it to the max :D

Here's how
NBrew gelato were made (clockwise top to bottom ^^): measure & add in freshly made flavor of your choice> stir & pour in liquid nitrogen for rapid freezing> some vigorous stirring & it's ready to be served~

Lastly, before I forgot
NBrew has been working hard to come out with some special flavoured
affagato (a combo of espresso shot of poured over a scoop of delightful gelato), something which will tickle your taste buds for sure, so don’t forget to give it a try when you drop by to
NBrew few weeks from now. ^^
