Known as the former name of Tokyo during the Tokugawa Shogunate (samurai era), Edo (江戸) as the name propose serves Tokyo-style ramen, a unique recipe by notable ramen connoisseur Mr Tetsuya Fukino.

Branching off from Goku Raku Ramen, Edo Ramen brings a fresh approach to ramen indulgence at an amazing value since its first appearance in Gurney Paragon, Penang. With its appearance in Mid Valley Megamall, ramen enthusiasts in Kuala Lumpur will finally had a chance to savour the wonderful taste of Tokyo-style ramen ;)

Serving delightful ramen at a super valuable price patrons at Edo Ramen get to choose from 4 types of soups and 2 categories of toppings depending on personal preference. My personal favourite goes to the rich and unique Black Tonkotsu broth, patiently boiled over medium to high heat for over 7 hours the rich and hearty flavoured broth made of pork bones with Japanese fish powder and aromatic charred crushed garlic oil is simply irresistible b^^d

For those who are looking for a simple ramen delights, the standard ramen option with topping comprise of Char Siew, sweet corn, pak choy & spring onion would be just nice. However for those who prefer something more exotic, ultimate ramen option with Char Siew, sweet corn, pak choy, seaweed, braised pork belly, Japanese fish cake, lava egg & spring onion will be you answer ;)
