Quietly located
in a secluded corner of Bangsar Shopping Center, Monte's Restaurant & Wine Bar might not sounds familiar to those who first visited Bangsar
Shopping Centre, however, the veteran restaurant is pretty well known among the
Bangsar folks as Monte's with its hearty old school western cooking
has been serving the neighborhood for more than a decade ;)

Being a consistent awards winning restaurant over the years which has also been named one of the top 10 Western Restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, Monte's serves a wide selection of Western cuisine made with fresh authentic and quality ingredients. The baked Escargots caught our attention at the appetizers section as it was well seasoned and nicely cooked, though I'm not a fan of exotic food but these snails are tasty and the cheesy sauce alongside match wonderfully with the homemade buns. For the mains personally I love the simply grilled to perfection Ribeye, tender, juicy and works like a charm in satisfying my crave for succulent meat :P

And as usual we ended our beautifully presented meal with a couple of luscious desserts, warm molten chocolate Brownies served with a scoop of chilling vanilla ice cream and Monte's signature Bread & Butter Pudding! If you insist on picking one I'll say go for the bread & butter pudding but hey, why choose when you can have'em all to right XD
