Guinness Bright is available in 325ml bottles and 320ml cans, and can be found at bars, pubs, restaurants, coffeeshops, and supermarkets across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Bottled at 4.5% for a smooth finish, Guinness Bright will complement the existing lineup of Guinness Draught and Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, and is intended as a permanent addition to the range of brews on offer in Malaysia.

If you’d like your first taste of Guinness Bright ‘on the house’, the Guinness Bright Bar will be in place at The Quad, TREC, until 20th May. From 9 pm onwards on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, curious drinkers can brighten up their evening with a complimentary sample of the new brew. Samples are limited to one per customer, non-Muslim and aged 18 years and above, and are available while stocks last.

GUINNESS St. Patrick’s Day 2017——Biggest St. Patrick’s Celebration Ever!

Irish eyes are set to smile on Malaysia this coming March, as Malaysia (and Ireland)’s favourite black brew, GUINNESS, will be hosting the largest St. Patrick’s party the country has ever seen. Taking place in various locations simultaneously across Peninsular and East Malaysia on the weekend of 17th-19th March 2017, drinkers can expect an authentic Irish experience of great music, great food, great craic, and of course – great beer ;)

The central event, a three-day festival of GUINNESS and all things Irish, will take place at Publika, Kuala Lumpur, from Friday 17th - Sunday 19th March, and is open to the public. Featuring three days of live performances, exciting games and activities, delicious Irish food & Guinness infused dishes and free GUINNESS giveaways, this St. Patrick’s Weekend is set to be the biggest and best celebration this side of Dublin!

Satellite events will also take place on St. Patrick’s Day itself – Friday 17th March – in Penang, Ipoh, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu, spreading the cheer nationwide. This will coincide with events held in Dublin, New York, Sydney, and many other cities across the world, bringing hundreds of thousands of people together to lift a glass of GUINNESS in the air and embrace their honorary Irishness.

Passport International Beerfest Brings Global Experiences to You

October~~ It is that time of the year where we cheers with our friends and family. Where every pub, bar, tavern, and bistro in town will celebrate beer and cider’s glorious existence. This year, Heineken Malaysia Berhad has got something up its sleeves for beer lovers ;)

Taking the celebration to a whole new level with an international beer and cider experience, Heineken Malaysia Berhad——introduced its brand new initiative, Passport International Beerfest in an extravagant event at TREC KL! The event was filled with exciting activities such as percussionist band, dance performances, stilt walkers, jugglers, magicians and brand ambassadors dressed up in Japanese and German costumes. There were also Irish models who marched around the event grounds making the festival merrier ^^

Launched just last month (May 2016), – Tiger Jams –, Tiger Beer’s latest music and art platform called upon undiscovered musical talents to submit a sample original track at the www.tigerjams.com website. The initiative further expanded its search to three talent recruitment drives at Laundry Bar (on June 2), Merdekarya (June 3) and Menu-script (June 4).

The large pool of talents acquired provided a significant yet worthy challenge for the initiative’s esteemed panel of curators* to shortlist it down to 10 of Malaysia’s finest undiscovered musicians.

The 10 finalists** will be featured on the website where fans can vote them into the top three. The selected three Malaysian acts will be awarded RM 15,000 each to fund their musical ambitions. They will then be paired with acclaimed Asian acts: Singaporean pop band The Sam Willows, Hong Kong’s punk pop band ToNick or Malaysia’s very own Darren Ashley as well as three established visual artists: Donald Abraham, Kenji Chai and Flex to produce an original Tiger Jams track and music video each. They will also get to host a gig each, and prior to the big event, a mystery international band will personally handpick one to collaborate on a remix that will be performed at the grand finale ;)
