【舌尖上的越南】在地人才知道的隐藏版蜗牛专门料理餐厅——Ốc Chị Em @ Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam


在外国人的印象里,越南美食不外乎带有East meets West fusion风格的越式法国面包Bánh Mì、越南河粉Phở以及各种口味的越南咖啡(椰子咖啡/蛋咖啡/冰滴咖啡等),但作为深受法式文化影响的东南亚土地在越南南部大城胡志明市Hồ Chí Minh City(原名西贡Sài Gòn),除了广为人知的普遍越南料理之外这里还有着颇受当地人所喜爱的丰富特色料理——蜗牛大餐 ;)

当然对于了解法国饮食文化的吃货们这也不算特别意外,毕竟蜗牛可是法式美食里继鹅肝、油封鸭以后的另一经典法国菜,就像法国面包般传到越南也是合情合理滴 ;) 而且越南的蜗牛料理虽然貌似不如法国蜗牛料理般在国际广为人知,但其受在地人欢迎程度可不亚于法国本土,而且就如越式法国面包般胡志明市的蜗牛料理走的也是东西方碰撞后所产生的融合风料理相当的具有东南亚特色哦 ^^^

Ốc Chị Em @ 6B Công Trường Quốc Tế, Phường 6, Quận 3, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam,餐厅低调的隐藏在巷子内二楼的天台上,巷子入口就在PAPA coffee招牌下方 ;)

位于胡志明市市中心Turtle Lake圆环边上的隐藏版蜗牛专门料理餐厅Ốc Chị Em没有英文或中文译名,位于PAPA Coffee小巷内二楼天台的餐厅位置低调而隐蔽,穿过小巷还需爬上两层楼梯方能抵达,但以文中照片指示搭配google map上的标识地点应该不难找到,在这先感谢在地友人的专门带路前往 ^^^ 要特别提醒的是这里可是以当地人为主的餐厅所以一切沟通及menu都是越南文哦所以google翻译是基本需要的 ;)

穿过PAPA coffee小巷直走到底,再拾级而上..

..在一楼便会看见通往天台Ốc Chị Em餐厅的小牌子

虽然路程略为复杂但在天台漫天星空的的灯饰下来上一顿道地的越式蜗牛宴感觉还是挺棒的,而且空间不大的天台上居然是超热闹的客满状态这里的蜗牛料理受欢迎程度也不必再赘词多加描述了吧 ;)

走上楼梯,隐蔽的天台餐厅都是在地人,营业时间是每日下午4-10pm想吃好料请早 ;)

相对于入口走道的略显冷清天台餐厅里可是高朋满座闹哄哄的 ;)

相较于法式蜗牛料理的大蒜和香芹类青酱调味,这里的蜗牛和各种螺类丰富程度与料理方式可是让人大开眼界啊,从没想到在一个越南的天台上会遇见那么多种类的螺和蜗牛还有那么多种的料理和吃法 b^^^d

五花八门的蜗牛螺类和各种的料理方式,干烧、辣炒、咸蛋酱、碳烤、汤品等等等你来试 ;)

丰富程度绝对让人食指大动啊 ^^^

唯一能让人联想到法国蜗牛料理的便是这小叉子咯

各种蜗牛螺肉和小菜搭配的是越南版的法式面包,发现了全新的法棍吃法啊 b^^^d

天台餐厅除了有各种蜗牛螺肉也有各种下酒小菜,搭配的除了同样道地的西贡啤酒Bia Saigon之外还有无限供应的越式法棍哦,法棍加螺肉这混搭风超越南的有木有 ^^^ #OnlyinVietnam #Vietstyle

炭烧螺(正确名称不详 :P),看似略微烧焦的绒毛壳下却是口感恰到好处的原味鲜螺,光单吃也很好吃

芸芸众螺中为大家重点推介下边个人最喜欢的海螺(conch),把螺肉起出切块再与些许辣椒拌炒再酿入海螺壳中,叠成一落的呈盘卖相大方而且口感绝佳,个人觉得这比鲍鱼还好吃啊 b^^^d

块状微辣的海螺口感绝佳超可口的,必点 b^^^d

完全不逊于鲍鱼的口感 ^^^

除了各种蜗牛螺肉还有颇具特色的越南下酒小菜,
我们点了小杨桃炒牛肉(上)和新鲜的烤虾 ^^^

烤虾配啤酒,很大叔fu但很好吃的combo :P

一顿蜗牛宴下来餐后成品也颇为可观,感觉把蜗牛和螺壳洗一洗摆起来还颇有海洋风啊 :P

据同行越南在地友人说蜗牛在胡志明可是相当受欢迎的当地特色小吃,而特别介绍的Ốc Chị Em @ Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam可是越南道地风味的蜗牛、螺、贝类餐厅价钱也不贵相当值得一试哦 ^^^

位于巴生传承三代的六十多年老字号茶餐室Choon Guan Coffee Shop 偆園茶餐室 1956一向来以封为正宗的海南咖啡与烤面包深得在地街坊的喜爱,而如今除了来一杯热乎乎的醇厚海南咖啡以外结合安佳起司奶泡的Tangy Brew冰滴咖啡佐鲜橙是自家配方咖啡与安佳厨师们的最新力作,相比醇厚的海南咖啡冰滴版本的清新与丝丝甘甜是相对年轻的口味,搭配一份香喷喷的烤面包便是最棒的南洋风味早餐 ;)

不想大清早就注入太多咖啡因的朋友们Pom & Grey Twist起司巧克力奶油石榴伯爵茶绝对是您的不二选择,虽然卖相红彤彤的感觉很重但伯爵与石榴在淡淡的巧克力奶油调剂下却意外的柔顺,搭配滑嫩的菜园鸡饭非常赞 ^^^

自家咖央+安佳奶油+冰滴咖啡特调,完美~ ^^^

个人对于士毛月(Semenyih)可说是相当的陌生,除了Nottingham诺丁汉大学马来西亚分校以及茅草山Broga Hill之外几乎一无所知,但是却对这里印象非常好因为第一次来到这里爬的茅草山风景超漂亮而第二次到访也就是本po文里的这一次就发现了下边这家cp值超高的咖啡馆 ^^^

Cafe Gafe @ Semenyih
位于Semenyih Sentral附近的Cafe Gafe走的是简单家庭风,2016年开始营业的咖啡馆除了提供分量扎实的西式简餐之外如今由安佳厨师团队所设计的特调White Coffee花生巧克力奶油起司白咖啡以及Yuzu Chocolate Surprise柚子巧克力特调在这里也找得到哦 ;)

个人还是较偏好咖啡,花生酱与奶香浓郁滑顺的口感非常舒服,随之而来的咖啡香更是让人身心舒畅~ ^^

Menu上的食物是这里的一大亮点,因为上菜后您会发现分量基本上都挺扎实的,尤其这里的各种炸鸡排绝对会是大胃吃货们看得开心吃得满足的高cp值单品 ;)


吃货朋友们就个凭喜好自行搭配您的营养午餐/下午茶咯 ;)

一直觉得豪大大鸡排的size是最惊人的,直到遇见了它 #这是一片鸡排没错 #鸡排本人表示我不胖我只是厚了一点

就让那起司逆流成河吧~~~ ^^^
